Job description :
 Identifying prospective clients and helping them understand our services
 Co-ordination with service partners to provide timely and quality service
 Handling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction
 Introducing clients to the latest offers and schemes of the organization
 Candidates should be ready for 100% calling and rotational shifts
Person Specification :
 Good written and verbal communication skill.
 Happy to receive and make calls.
 Should be ready for both WFO and WFH.
 One regional language is must apart from Hindi and English.
Shift : Early Morning / Regular / Evening
Location :
 Work From Office : Navi Mumbai
 Work From Home : This position is available for WFH too thus, Non-Mumbai candidates
also can apply. They need to have system with internet connectivity.
NOTE: Please note on selection of the candidate, it is mandatory for the new joiner to submit a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000.
Security Deposit is a company policy that safeguards the company’s interest in training fresher’s, hence it is mandatory to pay security deposit at the time of joining.
It is refundable to the employee on their completion of one year of continued service with double the amount.
